wuarchive.wustl.edu has a mirror in

mirrors/gnu

that has the latest-greatest gnu stuff.  Emacs-19.19 is there.  I copied it
down, ran the config, and it went the first time.  Great stuff!

emacs ... stuff of the gods.

Of course I am using FreeBSD ... ;)
