I am trying to use Net-BSD 0.9-current (and have been doing fairly well),
when about two weeks ago I stopped being able to build man pages.
I get to the line (from make) that says:
nroff -mandoc arithmetic.9 > arithmetic.0
Then the following errors occur:
groff: can't find `DESC' file
groff:fatal error: invalid device `ascii'
*** Error code 3
Stop.
An empty arithmetic.0 (or whatever) file is created.
I have gotten more current sources, and still the problem occurs. I really
don't know what is going on. It is frustrating me to no end, because it
is hard to build *anything* without being able to build my man pages.
