My attempts to run ftp always result in timeouts. I have a 3com 3c503 card with a thick ethernet connection. When I boot the system, it seems to recognize the card and gives: ec0 address (whatever the address is) at 0x250 irq 9 on isa The install notes say that this device is supported for irq 2, but my etherlink manual says that the interrupt is only configurable thru software. Is this the cause of my problem? If so, what do I do to fix it? Another thought: could it be that the system is trying to use the BNC connector instead of the external transceiver? How can I check this? ..fix this?? I know the hardware is ok, because when I boot off of my DOS partition everything is peachy-keen. Any and all comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. -Doug
