I don't believe you have done anything wrong, and I don't believe BSDI have done anything wrong. But AT&T is claiming that Net 2 contains AT&T licensed material. Under those circumstances, whether you like it or not, you *are* involved in this matter, and they could theoretically sue you as well. The intention of my post was to suggest that AT&T isn't interested in doing that, and thus show what the real motives for their action are. > >BTW, patches should be out in a few days, if we can ever get through mail.
