Even though huge numbers of people want the comp.dcom.telecom moderator replaced - it hasn't been done. There is currently exactly one method of replacing a moderator on Usenet - convince the current one to quit. | The management of agate.berkeley.edu is not in | question. I should hope not. You should commend the management of agate for allowing things like the 386bsd archive to exist for as long as they have. Agate is run by U.C. Berkeley Information Systems & Technology as a server for the Berkeley campus. Don't expect anything else from it.
