Don't we all have better things to do. Many of us have lives outside of work/computing. I know I do many other things in my spare time other than tweaking kernels, etc... Give the guy a break if it waits two days or so, You have no idea what he has to do. I know some messages I get wind up waiting, it depends on how important they are. I have one piece of advice: Don't burn your bridges as you may need to turn back. No one says you have to agree with everything, but going off half cocked does nothing more than discredit yourself.
