You are correct, and I wasn't clear enough about emphasising the second point. In my example it is necessary that Cantel be made very aware, at a management level, that I won't contribute to AT&T revenues, and why I won't do so. It's also important that Cantel management realize that they too stand to loose money due to this boycott. If enough of us voice our opinions on this, there is a chance (and only a chance) that Cantel will let AT&T know that a portion of their (Cantel's) customer base is pissed off enough at AT&T to take action. It's only a drop in the bucket, but a few million here and a few million there and suddenly your talking about real money :-) --lyndon
