  It was Jim Rees (Jim.Rees@umich.edu) who queried me about the bcd bug.
He tells me he found his copy of the V7 source, verified that it
had the same bug, and has posted a fix to the net! (I have yet to
see his fix arrive here. I'm a uucp only site...)

  Talk about what happens when a piece of code is not treated
seriously since it is "only" a "whimsy" (game) program....
