I'm getting overflows even with a 16550 when at 57.6K using
tip to dial in at 14.4 with v.42bis on. I get a few overflows
at 38400, but things are usable. At 57.6, its just noise.

At boot, I get com1:fifo -- this has detected the UART, right?

This is with netbsd 0.9 running on a 386/20 with 8meg. Comments?
Has anyone been working on the serial driver? Anything to tweak
when I rebuild my kernel?
