I've been trying to compile Luid Emacs (19.8) on FreeBSD 1.0 for some time now, but seem to have no luck in doing so. As I don't want to swamp you people with nasty linker errors, I simply ask: Has anyone else been trying to do the same thing, and would you then care to drop me a note saying what you did to make it compile, or where you stopped - and we can try to figure out how to do it together.
