  I have same problem with NetBSD 0.9 using ne2000 compatible card.
When NetBSD send a packet thruogh ne0, packet is duplicated and reach
other hosts.  lo0 (loopback) interface has no problem, so I think
problem is in ne driver.

  I have no ideas to solve it, sorry.
