At one time I had 386bsd on this machine, and XFree86 worked fine. I've tried everything but could not get XFree86 to work, I even used the same Xconfig file, but that didn't work either. When i try to run XFree86 the screen goes blank, than comes back, but X is not running, and all I can do is reboot the system. Is there anyway to get some sort of debugging output so I can see where its getting stuck? Any help will be appreciated.
