Don't be stupid.

AT&T is currently the single largest shareholder of USL; it has a
controlling interest, I believe.  Therefore, boycotting AT&T long distance
communications, and informing AT&T of this, is a valid, proper, and
effective way of getting the point across to USL -- as AT&T is the only
company that needs to vote to drop the lawsuit.
