A driver, that let a partition look like a single large regular DOS file
is RAWDISK.SYS. You may use it with your favorite DOS software to perform
an image backup of your Unix partition.

It is available by anonymous ftp from:

ftp.uni-duisburg.de: /pub/pc/misc/rawdsk11.zip
login:anonymous, password:e-mail address

Hope this helps,
Juergen
