I'm getting a bit of a strange problem, and I don't even know where to
start on debugging it. When I telnet into my NetBSD 0.9 host, I get a
large (on the order of 30 sec. to a minute or more) delay before I get
a login prompt. This happens from both my NetWare LWP telnet clients
and my Cisco telent client. The only difference LWP shows in a
connection between my cisco and my BSD system is that the Cisco has
'Do suppress go aheads (GAs)' and my BSD system has 'Do not suppress go
aheads (GAs)'.

Has anyone seen this before? What can I do to try and find out what
the problem is?
