I'm sure this will be considered a most annoying manner in which to begin
posting to this group: thus my apologies are offered in advance.
My research partner and I are required to conduct a survey for a course
credit. We realize that many surveys and questionnaires are posted on the net,
but it would be greatly appreciated if you could take a few moments to answer
our questionnaire, and provide us with your feedback as well: notes of any
statements considered ambiguous, awkwardly phrased, etc. would be welcome.
If there are any items on either the questionnaire or the information sheet
with which you are uncomfortable, please feel free to leave them blank or to
note these items as such when offering feedback.
