I've use the genericaha kernel supplied in the distribution to set this machine up.. So, I thought the ed0 driver (for a 8013EDP card) might be bad. I then tried to recompile the kernel with the latest, greatest source from sun-lamp. well...I did the config genericaha, and so on.. did the make depend and then a make it sits and does its thing for about 10 minutes and then gives me the following errors: loading netbsd init_main.o: Undefined_symbol _pdevinit referenced from text segment init_main.o: Undefined_symbol _pdevinit referenced from text segment *** Error code 1 Stop. as you all can see, it failed miserably. any body got any ideas what is wrong in either case?? I haven't found any instructions on kernel compilation or a recent FAQ, for that matter. Thanks for any help. (now..will this post this time..darn flakey news server..)
