Nntp-Posting-Host: mv.mv.com Sender: "Coranth Gryphon" <gryphon@healer.com> Organization: Shamanic Healing Date: Tue, 7 Dec 1993 02:01:38 GMT Message-ID: <CHn6yr.8Lt@mv.mv.com> Lines: 25 Hi. I finally got tip and the modem and slip to work (thanx to all who responded). There are two minor problems remaining. 1) Everyone once in a while a get a "silo overflow". Clue? 2) Shortly after this happens, if I continue to use the slip link, the connection drops. Attempts to do anything other than ping hang. Attempts to ping result in "no buffer space left" My guess is that there is some magic parameters (hopefully not in the kernel) that I need to set to fix this. Any ideas would be appreciated. -coranth ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Coranth Gryphon Karma: You can't take it with you, but you can send it on ahead.
