My thoughts are that I am really tired of this question in all its myriad forms
and in all the many groups it gets asked in. It almost always generates more
heat than light and generally leaves almost everyone no better educated than
they were before while consuming massive bandwidth to do so.

The key word here is 'better'. If you must solicit the flamefests 'better'
comparisons cause please ask for it to inhabit your mailbox instead of
inflicting it on the net at large.

My opinion, they are different, neither is 'better'.
Try it, see if you like it no one can or should make your mind up as to
which is 'better'.
