Furthermore, from what I have read here, AT&T is not suing on the basis of copyright infringement, it is suing based on the *IDEA* of UNIX(R). You know, concepts like pipes, forks(), tree structured directories, setuid, etc. In this political year, has anyone tried contacting the various candidates to see how they stand on this issue?
