hi,

when a device driver is split up into several source and header files, how
is it entered into /sys/i386/conf/files.i386 ?

assume one has files pccons1.c pccons2.c and pccons3.c .

the following entry does NOT work:

i386/isa/pccons1.c	optional pc device-driver
i386/isa/pccons2.c	optional pc device-driver
i386/isa/pccons3.c	optional pc device-driver

if i have to RTFM, please give me a hint where to search !
