I have recently upgraded my NetBSD 0.9 system to use XFree86-2.0,
but the new distribution only has unformatted man pages.

Has anyone got a Makefile, shell, or perl script that will format
(especially) man3 -> cat3 ? This is a bit tricky as most of the
pages shluld end up as sym-links.

Thanks -- you could save me a nice bit of hassle, as I am not yet
facile at perl, which I assume would be a good language for this...
