Date: 31 Dec 1993 15:25:44 GMT Organization: University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Lines: 15 Message-ID: <2g1g9oINNm3u@uwm.edu> NNTP-Posting-Host: 129.89.2.5 I looked in the BSD Faq, but the hardware section seems to have a few holes that were never filled in. I was going to get a 2742 until I found out no drivers are or will soon be available for it. Now I am looking at the BusLogic, either a BT-747 (Fast) or a BT-757 (Fast+Wide). Can anyone tell me if drivers for either FreeBSD or NetBSD are available for these systems? If these also have no drivers, can someone recommend a Fast SCSI II EISA board? Also does anyone happen to have a list of ethernet boards supported? I would like to get a low-end EISA board ( ~$200-300), and I am open for suggestions.
