Hi. I'm trying to install FreeBSD-1.0-RELEASE on my system, and I get to the
point in the floppy boot where I'm asked, "Proceed with installation? [y]"
The floppies were the most recent as of two weeks ago.

At this point, I notice that my keyboard is not speaking to the system. Also,
having tried this a few times, I noticed that my keyboard LEDs are all turned
off during the boot (which concerns me, but may not mean anything).

Well, here's what I'm working with:

Dell XPS 450/V  ( => 50 MHz 486DX2 )
8MB RAM
#9GXE Video Card
340 MB Western Digital Caviar 2340
170 MB Western Digital Caviar 2170

So, far I've had the system confiugred for use with Windows/DOS 6, and I've had
total success with all of the hardware, so it should all be working correctly.

Also, I've tried turning off the "Fast System BIOS" and "Fast Video BIOS" with
no luck. I would greatly appreciate any help that you can provide. Thank you
in advance.
