Message-ID: <9400613.4764@mulga.cs.mu.OZ.AU> Sender: news@cs.mu.OZ.AU Organization: Dept of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, University of Melbourne Date: Thu, 6 Jan 1994 02:19:44 GMT Lines: 14 The generic response to a floating point exception ("Floating exception") is not particularly informative. Is there somebody out there who can explain to a person not very wise in the ways of the fpu (namely, me) how it is possible to determine what sort of floating exception has occurred, and display a more informative message? Thanks for any help, Mark. -------------------------------------------------------- Mark Summerfield, Photonics Research Laboratory Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Melbourne ACSnet[AARN/Internet]: summer@ee.mu.oz[.au] --------------------------------------------------------
