Yes. This is a known problem with tcsh. I've heard that the newer version of
tcsh,(6.04) has fixed this though. I've also heard that this has to do with
cron/.login/tcsh. if you log out and then back in, you'll fix it. Thats
currently what i have to do (NetBSD-0.8/tcsh6.03).
