He does not need to use 3 1/2 disks.. i installed it fine on two systems
with 5 1/4 disks.  the problem would appear to me he is not rawrite ing
it.. or dd ing it .. and he is just trying to copy it to a dos disk..

try the rawrite utility in the utilities dir on your dist site
