I don't think the latest time zone database has propagated into NetBSD. One way to fix this is to FTP /pub/tzcode93g.tar.gz and /pub/tzdata93g.tar.gz from elsie.nci.nih.gov, install it into your system, and then type `zic -l Asia/Calcutta'; but this may take some work. It should be easier just to append the following to your `asia' file and then type `zic -l Asia/Calcutta asia'. # India # Zone NAME GMTOFF RULES FORMAT [UNTIL] Zone Asia/Calcutta 5:30 - IST
