I was just wondering if anyone has compiled the WUftpd for *BSD?
I downloaded a port from netport.neosoft.com which compiled witout
any problems, except I have the feeling that it is using DES encryption
routines (not available in australia ofcourse), since it called a
unknown lib file , libcrypt.a, which I didnt have...

Now it will not let anyone log in, since it always comes up with
'user denied access' even though that is not the case with the ftpaccess
etc config files. I have the feeling that it is not reading the passwd
database properly.

Is it possible to have the wuftp daemon without DES?

Any replies appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark
