This is the cheapest price you can get anywhere. This card has no processor and includes only two vlsi Siemens ISDN-chips. The only problem is, the software right now only supports the Common-Isdn-Api (which is only used in Germany I think) and the D-Channel-Protocol-support is only for the German D-Channel Protocol as specified in 1TR6 (I'm not sure could be 1TR3, too) which is a national standard set by the German TELECOM.
