There is a program called p2c which might do Modula-2.  If not, there is a 
program called pcct (?) (Princeton Compiler Construction Toolkit I think) 
that has a Modula-2 processor.  GNU might also have a modula-2 system, 
although what that is called is completely beyond me.

You can use archie to find these.  If you need more info, you can E-Mail me.

There is also a newsgroup for modula-2; comp.lang.modula2  They can probably 
give you a few better pointers.
