Lines: 13 Distribution: world Message-ID: <2h6hkn$q45@kea.doc.ic.ac.uk> NNTP-Posting-Host: kea.doc.ic.ac.uk I have a problem when debugging C++ programs compiled using the NetBSD 0.9 supplied GCC and GDB. On attempting to inspect variables or just listing part of the program from within GDB, I get an error message complaining that it can't read the symbol table - or words to that effect. Is this a known problem? are there any patches available? how can I correct it? Thanks. <...Andrew...> -- Andrew Kai-Jing Tseng (home) : +44 71 386 5220 c/o Department of Computing (mobile): +44 850 671411 Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (fax) : +44 895 253174 ---------======[ akt@doc.ic.ac.uk , atseng@cix.compulink.co.uk ]======--------
