AT&T is still the majority owner of USL though. I believe they own
55% of USL, although that figure could just be my imagination. In
this case, any harm against AT&T would cause them to exert pressure
on USL to change. And any harm against USL would mean less profit
for AT&T. Sounds pretty well connected to me.

More directly, I am not upgrading from Esix 4.0.3a to Esix 4.0.4.
I don't know how much in the way of licensing USL loses from this,
but it's probably substantial.
