	FreeBSD -current as of Jan 10,94 has 
	Version 1.3, thurs Nov 11
It also has a rcs id by wollman marking it as wt.c,v 1.5 12/19/93.
So I would assume that it is up to date.  It works fine for me though
tar is somewhat slow. I haven't tried dump on it yet.
