I will be buying a second IDE drive to add to my current FreeBSD 1.0 setup.
Right now, I have a Maxtor LXT340A on my system, and am planning to get
another Maxtor, the MX7245A IDE drive. This way, the blame for all blow-ups
may be laid at one door. However, I would appreciate any recommendations from
anyone who also has a two-IDE-drive setup, or anyone who has a Maxtor drive.
I will be buying mail-order from Insight, and advice from former Insight
customers would be welcome. If you send me e-mail, I will post a summary of
sorts.
Thank you for your time...
