Hello,

I have some problems using the floppy drive on NetBSD 0.9.

When I do any access to the floppy device (/dev/fd0a) WITHOUT a floppy in
the drive, and kill the hanging process, the drive is then unavailable and I
need to reboot the PC.

Does there is any way to test the presence of the floppy without trying to
mount it ??

Does there is a workaround for this ???

Thanks for any suggestion (please reply also by email)

Jean-Claude

PS: I want be able to mount DOS 3"1/2 1.44 Mb disks.
