I have some troubles installing NetBSD 0.9 on my 486 IDE machine. I tried to find it in the FAQ but no... I can boot from the floppy real fine in less >30 secs and the install- ation program starts real good and all seems to work, but when it has copied some files it stops and just hangs (different file every time). I can do a ^C and get the # prompt, so it has not halted the system. I get the msg "Unable to open /bin/rc". Is that normal? Sometimes I get "ISA strayintr 7" during the "analysis" of my hardware. Could that be because of my VLB Diskcontroller? Regards /C --- Please post or answer by Email to md93-cma@nada.kth.se
