Hello,

after a long time I finally managed to set up my /etc/remote, so tip will
not tell me anything like "unknown host", "link down", etc. But ...

Well, I start the program, and it tells me 'dialing ...'. I can watch my
modems LEDs flash, but it doesn't go offhook. After a while pressing '~.'
finishes the session, tip ends with [EOT] and I get my regular prompt.
Nice ...

My remote file has an entry like au=hayes, a pn=123456789. But what is
missing ?

cu Christian
