Subject: APC Back-UPS connection?

Has anybody connected an APC Back-UPS uninterruptible power
supply to a NetBSD/FreeBSD/BSDI system? It seems the system puts
out an RS-232 level signal on a 9-pin connector which could
be fed to one of the RS232 input lines.

Thanks.
