The Stardent line has been discontinued, so there are no upgrades coming. I'd like to set up SLIP on my system, but I've heard that existing SLIP software requires modifying the kernal. I don't have kernal source, just library and object files. Does anyone know whether SLIP software can be integrated without kernal source? Is it just another device driver (I've heard /dev/sl0 is built)? Help me Obi-Won, you're my only hope. -- ................Gary
