The only one that is installable is FreeBSD-Release. Once that is installed, install the 1.0 -> 1.0.2 patch and you should have a very stable system. At that point, wait about a month or so and then you can apply the 1.0.2 -> 1.1 patch and having working shlibs, a much better VM system, etc...
