NetBSD is also available on media, or at least one medium... ;-)
A CD-ROM called the BSDisc contains NetBSD-0.9, as well as FreeBSD.

For those who aren't familiar with the BSDisc, I'll append a short
summary. For those who are familiar, or don't want to see anything
vaguely commercial, hit Ctrl-L now... ;-)

The BSDisc Vol 1 includes FreeBSD-1.0, NetBSD-0.9, XFree86-2.0, X11R5
source, BSD News archive, the Net/2 FAQ, and lots of "ports" and
"packages".

The BSDisc is especially well suited to *BSD users who want to get
each new release conveniently and affordably. We plan to ship 3-4
issues per year, depending on release schedules of the various BSDs.

The price for Subscribers is $19.50 per issue, and for non-subscribers
it's $35.00 per issue. (Add $3.50 S&H in the US, and $8 for Int'l).

For further details, or if you'd like an order form, send email to:
