I tried compliling a couple of modem comm programs in 386BSD. I got
the same error message when compiling both of them. It seems to be
missing "termio.h". Is it supposed to be there? Is there anywhere I
can get it?

Consequently, I also cannont get tip to work either; however, I haven't
tried the ownership changes.
