I halted the system as mentioned, then rebooted. I came up with an "operating system missing" error message. I noticed that the floppy drive light was still on when I was asked to reboot. I have an IBM Leopard motherboard with the SCL2-66 processor with 8 megs. My controller is an Adaptec 1542C and I have a Micropolis 2210 1 gig drive. I noticed that there is a file system and that the partition is active on the BSD partition. Is there a way I can manually make the hard drive bootable? Would updating from 1.0 to 1.0.2 help?
