I've never used Yapboot.  I use OS-BS to select between OS/2 2.1 on the first disk, first partition, NetBSD 0.9 on the second disk, whichever partition, and Boot Manager (!) on the first disk, second partition.  (Hey, it was alread there, so why not???)  ;-)  I use OS-BS 2.0 beat -- the old version will not allow you to use other hard disks.  (The BSD FAQ should be updated.)
