Both NET/2 and 386BSD can be distributed freely without a license. Only
the BSDI code (aka BSD/386) requires a license be executed. (Nice term
that one :-)

How many sites outside of the US have full copies of the free'd NET/2
distribution available for anonymous FTP? The more countries we can make
it available from the better ...
