The firmware setup utility shows that the default transfer rate is 5Mb/sec, and I just wonder if it is safe for me to change it to somethings > default 5Mb/sec, say 10Mb/sec ? Since the drive is a SCSI-2 fast, and I thought I might possibly squeeze higher transfer rate by doing so. Please let me know by email.
