FreeBSD is running the new release of Julian's SCSI code that fixes many bugs. NetBSD 0.9 and NetBSD current aren't. "Some" (and I don't know who some are) have apparently got the new scsi system working on NetBSD; hopefully it can be merged into NetBSD current. In particular I remember that there was something questionable about that bus speed calculation that is printing out "bus speed 200ns". The new scsi code is on freefall.cdrom.com under /pub in some of the scsi directories. -- Peter Dufault Real Time Machine Control and Simulation HD Associates, Inc.
