Subject: Is BSD4.4 out yet? How difficult to port to IBM RT?

I think my Subject says it all...Somebody said they based their program on
a BSD4.4 source...but I didn't know that BSD4.4 was out (I know where
BSD-reno is).
Also, how hard would it be to port BSD4.4 or BSD4.3-reno to an
IBM RT? We've got one here and I would like to use it (better then
an IBM PC "TURBO"!), but I think the OS is somewhat outdated (
yet to use...only one person knows the root password).
