Nothing, the 'com' or 'serial' devices now exist as 'tty0X' devices as they do on other unixes now. If you do a MAKEDEV sio0 you will get the correct major/minor number on tty00. This way you can have generic scripts that work on all machines no matter what serial device they are using.
